It's no longer this problem that either your job or your family comes first. They can now either share, or both come first.
When you work for yourself at home, full or part time, then you can take time for your family and still be a success at anything you want to do.
You still have all the talent, all the training and education, all the skills you ever had. No one can take any of that away from you.
What you don't have is the problems and scenarios you have always had to adapt to in someone else's work environment. You don't have to worry about harassment or having to treat some people special. There's no competition in this workspace - unless you want to create it for yourself to make some sort of goal. But then it's just a game.
WIth the business opportunity we discovered, how and when you work is entirely up to you. If there is driving your child around to various practices or events, then you have the time to do it. If one of your kids has to stay home from school - maybe they'd be interested in helping you with your work. And any housework can be fit in when it's convenient - instead of getting all of these done arount your job and its work schedule.
Because you are your own boss, and work as hard or as little as you want to. You set your own income goals and work out how to meet them.
But now your family can play as important a part in your life as it deserves - and you can still have a full-time income but while you are working part time at it.
